# Import your data into Caspen

### Supported Systems

Move your practice data to Caspen with help from our team. We regularly import from the systems below.

* Cliniko
* Splose
* Halaxy
* Nookal
* Zanda

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Don’t see your current system?** We support a wide range of exports. Tell us which system you are moving from and we will guide you through the export steps, please contact our Support Team (email: <team@caspen.com>).
{% endhint %}

### How It Works

1. **Talk to us and book your trial migration**\
   Email <team@caspen.com> to let us know you wish to plan your migration. We will book a trial migration date and walk you through the process.
2. **Prepare your exports**\
   We will send you export instructions tailored to your current system and answer any questions.
3. **Send your exports**\
   We’ll confirm a secure upload method based on the system you’re moving from.
4. **Trial migration**\
   We prepare and validate your data in a private workspace, then provide a trial import for review.
5. **Review and approve**\
   Check the trial import to confirm accuracy and that it meets your expectations. Approve it, or request changes and we’ll resolve them.
6. **Final migration**\
   Once approved, we complete the final import.

**Please note:** Any data added into your other system after the export will not be included in your Caspen account. This will need to be entered manually once the migration is finalised.

### When should I make the full switch to Caspen?

To ensure a smooth transition to Caspen, we recommend:

Once your **Final migration** is complete from your previous system you may cease actively using your previous system. We recommend that you retain access to your previous system until your data import is fully complete and you have confirmed that it meets your requirements.

### Need Help After Your Import?

We expect everything to come across as planned. If anything looks different or you have questions, let us know. Please include a brief description, one or two examples, and screenshots if you can, so our team can investigate efficiently.

If you have any questions, please contact us at <team@caspen.com>.
