# Add new locations

## Overview

Locations help you organize appointments across different sites or multiple practitioners. They make it easy to control where bookings can be scheduled and keep calendars and reporting organized by location.

## Add a location

1. Go to **Settings** → **Locations**.
2. Click **Add location**.

3. Enter the required details:

* **Name**
* **Timezone**

4. Complete any additional location details as needed.
5. Click **Save**.
