How to add a new location in Caspen?

Overview

Locations help you organize appointments across different sites or multiple practitioners. They make it easy to control where bookings can be scheduled and keep calendars and reporting organized by location.


Add a location

  1. Go to Settings Locations.

  2. Click Add location.

  1. Enter the required details:

  • Name

  • Timezone

  1. Complete any additional location details as needed.

  2. Click Save.
