Add Contact

How to add a Contact in Caspen?

Go to Contacts -> + Add Contact ()

Add new contacts to facilitate the sending of invoices, as well as to assign cases and manage medical correspondence.

There are 4 different types of contacts:

  • Standard - Usually, it is a contact associated with a client (parent, guardian).

  • Doctor - Usually a referring GP or a specialist

  • 3rd Party Payer - A funding body or Insurance paying for the service (NDIA, DVA).

  • Plan Manager - The support coordinator who monitors and manages client funds.
