Invoices in Caspen?

Go to Billing -> Invoices (https://app.caspen.com/invoices)

Before creating an invoice, make sure you have set up the invoice defaults under the Settings -> Billing section so your invoices include all the necessary details, such as payment terms, tax options and invoice numbering.

What can be included in an invoice?

• Services

• Services Linked to Appointments (Generated from the calendar)

• Custom items (Where you can create your descriptions as needed)

Invoice Status Definition

• Draft -

• Open -

• Paid -

• Voided -
