Payments in Caspen?

Go to Billing -> Payments Click the + Add Payment button: (https://app.caspen.com/payments)

Payment Status:

• Paid - Payment has been successfully received.

• Void - Payment has been cancelled.

• Refund - The entire payment has been returned to the client.

• Partial Refund - A portion of the payment has been refunded to the client.
