Calendar list view
See all your appointments in a simple organised list.
Overview
The Calendar list view is an alternative to the calendar. It shows your appointments as rows so you can quickly scan status, invoicing, and confirmations.
How to open the calendar list view
Go to the Calendar.
Select the List icon in the top bar.

Your calendar switches to the Calendar list view (shown below).

Open an appointment from the list view
Click any row to open the appointment info panel on the right. From this panel you can view details and take actions such as confirm, edit date/time/details, add or review the invoice, and add or review the progress note.

Common actions
Confirm an appointment (from the unconfirmed tab)
Click the appointment row to open the appointment information panel.
Turn Confirmed on after you have confirmed with the client.

Add an invoice to an appointment (from the uninvoiced tab)
Click the appointment row to open the appointment info panel.
Select Add invoice. A draft invoice is created and prefilled with the service. The appointment leaves the Uninvoiced tab once any invoice exists, including a draft.

Tips
Use Upcoming to focus on what is next and quickly confirm clients.
Use Uninvoiced to find appointments without an invoice and create one if required.
The list view is ideal for bulk checks across status, invoice state, and confirmation without switching days in the calendar.
