Calendar list view

See all your appointments in a simple organised list.

Overview

The Calendar list view is an alternative to the calendar. It shows your appointments as rows so you can quickly scan status, invoicing, and confirmations.

How to open the calendar list view

  1. Go to the Calendar.

  2. Select the List icon in the top bar.

Your calendar switches to the Calendar list view (shown below).

List view basics

List view is organised into tabs at the top. Each tab shows a different group of appointments.

Tabs reference

Field
Description

All

Every appointment, past, present, and future.

Upcoming

Future appointments that haven’t happened yet.

Unconfirmed

Appointments that have not been confirmed.

Uninvoiced

Appointments without an invoice.

Past

Appointments that have already occurred.

Missed

Appointments marked missed.

Cancelled

Cancelled appointments.

Columns reference

Field
Description

When/Where

Date, time, and location.

Status

Pending, arrived, missed, cancelled.

What/Who

Service name and practitioner.

Invoice

  • Shows a red No invoice badge if no invoice is attached.

  • Otherwise shows the invoice number and status: Draft, Open, Paid, or Void.

Confirmation

Unconfirmed or Confirmed. Clients can confirm, and staff can set confirmation manually.

Open an appointment from the list view

Click any row to open the appointment info panel on the right. From this panel you can view details and take actions such as confirm, edit date/time/details, add or review the invoice, and add or review the progress note.

Common actions

Confirm an appointment (from the unconfirmed tab)

  1. Click the appointment row to open the appointment information panel.

  2. Turn Confirmed on after you have confirmed with the client.

Add an invoice to an appointment (from the uninvoiced tab)

  1. Click the appointment row to open the appointment info panel.

  2. Select Add invoice. A draft invoice is created and prefilled with the service. The appointment leaves the Uninvoiced tab once any invoice exists, including a draft.
