# Progress notes

Progress notes help practitioners document each session clearly and consistently. You can create notes directly from the Calendar, a client’s profile, or using AI-powered assistance. Templates help standardize your clinical documentation, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping across your practice.

Progress notes are visible only to practitioner-based roles and authorized team members.
