How to setup practitioner available hours in Caspen?

Go to Users -> Edit user -> Availability. To configure a practitioner's available booking hours

For adding, removing, or adjusting hours, follow these straightforward steps:

Add/Update available hours

  1. Select the desired start date on the calendar to add or update available hours. This will trigger the Edit Availability pop-up.

  1. Adjust the current time slots to your preferred times.

  2. Choose from the Apply to options:

"Apply to dates" will only change the time slots for the selected dates.

"Repeat on days" will add or update the time slot on all selected weekdays with the option to repeat Weekly or Fortnightly.

  1. Click Confirm to save your changes.

Clear available hours

Removing availability from the calendar is a straightforward process. Simply select the date or date range you wish to clear. When the Edit Availability pop-up appears, click the Clear button or delete the time slot you want to remove.

If you wish to clear an entire day, the Time slot section should appear as below after clicking the Clear button.

The subsequent step is to implement the changes made to the Time slots either for the chosen dates or by repeating on days, just as it was previously explained in the add/update time slot section above.
