Introduction

You can generate progress note templates tailored to the services provided by your business. Whether you require templates for initial consultations, standard consultations, or various disciplines, the flexibility to create such templates is at your disposal.

How to use the Template Editor

Add questions to sections.

After creating at least one section, the next step is to incorporate questions that should be addressed in your progress notes.

The following are various question types available for selection when crafting your progress note template, and it's essential to include a title for each question:

  • Short text - This feature enables you to input information in plain text within a small input box. Additionally, you have the option to include a default answer.

  • Long text - This feature enables you to input information in plain text within a large input box. Additionally, you have the option to include a default answer.

  • Single choice - Present a selection of response options where users can choose only one answer.

  • Multiple choice - Display multiple response options, allowing users to choose multiple potential answers.

  • Dropdown - Include an extensive list of response options using a dropdown menu, with the option to select a single response as the answer.

  • Date - Include an option to select a date from a date picker.

  • Scale - Add a ranking system with various points applicable for assessing pain levels on a scale of 1 to 5 or 1 to 10.

  • Yes/No - A straightforward option where clients can respond with either 'yes' or 'no' to the posed question.
