Edit Client

How to edit or update Client details in Caspen?

Go to Clients -> View Client -> Edit Client (https://app.caspen.com/clients)

The Client Edit section offers a simple method for revising client information, including personal details, communication details (email and phone numbers), addresses, and updating contact notes.

List of available client fields available to edit or update:

• Title

• First name

• Last name

• Preferred name

• Date of birth

• Sex

• Profession

• Tags

• Email

• Phone numbers

• Address line 1

• Address line 2

• City (district, suburb, town, or village)

• State (county, province, or region)

• Postal code (zip code)

• Country

• Notes
