How to add a new Client in Caspen?

There are a few ways to add new clients to Caspen:

  1. From the Calendar ->Create New Appointment->Create Client

  1. From the Client Menu, go to Clients -> + Add Client (https://app.caspen.com/clients)

A client is an individual or entity seeking healthcare services or medical assistance from a practice or facility. Clients typically include patients, their families, or organizations requiring medical services.

The only required information to add a client is their first name. However, to minimise the risk of duplicate entries, we strongly recommend including additional details such as the client's last name, date of birth, email, and/or phone number.

The date of birth, email, and phone number will be used to automatically match clients during online bookings.
